Leader's Reaction Course (LRC).
The LRC is designed so that each individual on a team takes on a leadership role directing, communicating and problem-solving a specific obstacle that required both physical and mental skills to accomplish correctly. Support troops from the 2nd Stryker Regiment (stationed at Rose Barracks, Vilseck) were there to supervise and grade each of the eight tasks.
